Frequently Asked Questions

INTENSIVE BESPOKE INDIVIDUAL THERAPY

We understand that starting therapy can bring up many questions. Here are some answers to help you feel more informed and supported.

What is the best therapy for you?

The best therapy depends on your goals, personality, history and what feels manageable right now. There is no single “best” therapy model, because different approaches support different needs and life experiences. Two people with similar concerns may benefit from very different approaches, which is why personalised care matters. Some people seek support for anxiety, trauma, relationship difficulties, ADHD, grief or major life transitions, while others want greater self-understanding, clarity and emotional grounding.

Once you identify what you want support with, we guide you towards the most suitable options for you, and therapy can evolve over time. Therapy modalities can also be combined within an integrated care model, such as CBT for anxiety, DBT for emotional regulation, EMDR for trauma processing, breathwork or yoga for anxiety, and chiropractic massage for stress and body realignment.

Key takeaways

  • Different therapy modalities serve different needs.
  • There is no wrong place to start.
  • Therapy can be combined and personalised.
  • Support is available before things feel too overwhelming.

How much will treatment cost?

Since every patient’s treatment is unique and the length of the treatment is varied the cost will depend on what you choose and what availability you have.
Depending on your needs and situation this may be just a weekly therapy session, or it may also be combined with a well being or physical therapy session.
If you decide to choose a weekly flexible intensive programme, this will combine multi-disciplinary therapy modalities with wellbeing sessions, either in the clinic, in your home or online.
At your initial contact with us we can discuss all the different options and costs with you to find the right treatment that is tailored just for you.
